After working through 1 point perspective as fourth graders, this year’s fifth graders in Mrs. Gannon and Mrs. Tatum’s classes are proving they are ready to move on. Our practice day with 2 point perspective was a hit and now students are working on a drawing to prove their skills. They must use 2 point perspective accurately with at least 4 forms. They can make a scene or keep their artwork non-objective.
If they are telling you this is soooo easy, challenge them to figure out 3 or four point perspective! I think some of them will have time to give this a shot in class.
